We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Grower Relations position to support our  local growers.

This role serves as a key connection between our company and the farmers we work with. You’ll spend time in the field, at the plant, and on the road—working directly with growers to ensure smooth operations from field to facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong      relationships with growers 
• Coordinate crop deliveries,      logistics, and scheduling
• Monitor crop conditions and      communicate updates to the team
• Provide support and problem-solving      in the field as needed
• Assist with contracts, acreage      tracking, and harvest planning
• Act as a reliable point of contact      between growers and the facility

What to expect:

• A mix of fieldwork, office      coordination, and travel
• Seasonal demands, especially during      seed season and harvest
• A role that requires independence,      flexibility, and strong communication
• Time spent outdoors in varying      weather conditions

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of      agriculture 
• Communicates well and builds trust      easily with growers
• Is organized and able to manage      multiple moving parts
• Is self-motivated and comfortable      working independently
• Is willing to step in and help      wherever needed
• Has or is willing to get Pesticide      Applicator License
